Card conditions are graded to the best of our ability; slight variations in grading opinion are inherent to the hobby and do not constitute grounds for a return unless the card is grossly misrepresented.

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge to your payment method. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that arrived damaged or were significantly misrepresented. All sales of opened sealed products are final. To initiate a return, contact us at support@carlsbadvillagepokeshop.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
